Technical Errors: A system malfunction occurred during the purchase process, resulting in payment without access to the associated product or service.

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction or a change of decision after accessing or using the purchased service or virtual item. Violation of Terms: If the user is found to have violated Tarracos.com's Terms and Conditions, including misuse of services or prohibited actions. Utilized Digital and Virtual Goods: Virtual items or in-app currency that have been redeemed, used, or transferred are non-refundable. Affiliate Program Participation: Payments or contributions made toward participation in the affiliate program or similar initiatives are non-refundable.
3. Cooling-Off Period

6. Virtual terms and In-App Currency

6.1 Purchases of virtual items, in-app currency, or other non-tangible goods are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.2 Refunds for unused virtual items or currency, if approved, will result in the removal of the corresponding items from the user’s account.
